A strengths-based approach to healing

I believe in the inherent power each person possesses to make positive changes in their life. I provide an empathic, confidential and supportive space for my clients to freely explore experiences and themes in their life that may cause them pain or stress. With 25 years of experience, beginning as a perinatal social worker, I've expanded my expertise to include anxiety, life transitions, aging, illness, and loss. As a certified Reiki Master Level 3, I bring a holistic and intuitive approach to every session.
